Plej airmassmeters estas tre simpla instali. Vi nur forigas ĝin de la aera tubo. Ne la aera amasa metro por la W168 tamen!

Kio nur povas esti priskribita kiel inĝenieristika stulteco, Estas la integrigo de la airflow sentilo en la ECU. En kazo la aeraj amasaj sentilaj rompiĝoj, La Tuta ECU devas esti anstataŭigita. La kosto por tio ĉi facile preterpasas €1000 kaj pli. Mercedes konsciis kiom da problemojn tio ĉi kaŭzis, Kaj uzis la regulan sistemon en la Nova W169. KE ne helpas la posedantojn de la malnova W168 A140, A160 kaj A190 tamen.

The MAF Shop has a new addition: The Pierburg air mass sensor 7.22684.07.0 which fits most Mercedes CDI engines and works even as a replacement for a few Land Rover / Range Rover air mass meters.
