Penyelesaian untuk enjin TDI: Pierburg carburetor massa hawa meter 7.22684.08.0

Pierburg air mass sensor 7.22684.08.0Beberapa tahun yang lalu beberapa mengangkat tema Volkswagen bereksperimen dengan menggantikan Bosch udara besar-besaran meter mereka 1.9 liter enjin TDI dengan Pierburg lebih murah massa sensor udara 7.22684.07.0, yang merupakan jisim udara Tulen meter selama hampir semua Mercedes-Benz CDI dan mendapati bahawa enjin bekerja hanya sebagai denda kerana ia tidak dengan ATM Bosch. Satu lagi kelebihan daripada sensor Pierburg aliran udara yang lebih murah ialah ia bertahan lebih lama.

Satu-satunya masalah yang dihadapi peminat VW adalah bahawa Pierburg udara besar-besaran sensor 72268407 tidak benar-benar layak kerana perumahan plastik agak berbeza dengan udara asal massa meter. 0 928 400 527 atau 0 928 400 314 - Re-program yang diperlukan?

Since there has been a lot of confusion about the Bosch air mass meters 0 928 400 527 ( and 0928400468) dan 0 928 400 314, I want to explain the details.
For almost all BMW models with diesel engines (to be more exact, we’re talking about the 3-series/E46 320d, 330d, the 5-series/E39 520d, 525d, 530d and the 7-series E38 730d) the airflowmeter model was changed in November 2000 and August 2001.

The Bosch air mass meter 0928400314 was replaced by the improved 0928400468, which has an additional protection net and a different characteristic curve. This means that all models that were built before the dates have the old 0928400314 (there is a detailed list at the end of the post). Teruskan membaca »

It should be said that these customers contact us anyhow to buy a new airmassmeter.

Why should the cleaning process work anyhow? The most common reason air mass meters lose their performance or even stop working at all is that they slowly get dirty. That is also why most of the time you will notice a slow loss of performance and increase in fuel consumption (In case your airflow meter should abruptly stop working cleaning won’t help anyways).
